Lexi is an avid beach bum and playful yogi; She finished her 200 hour training through Yoga Alliance here at Peace Love and Yoga in 2015, following up with a mentorship under Monique Cornfield.
She found yoga at an integral time in her life; She fell in love with the asana practice almost immediately and it became a catalyst for change. It triggered her already inquisitive nature and she found herself on a path to self-love and acceptance, hoping to spread the love straight to her students. Lexi’s style of teaching is playful yet grounding and is rooted in alignment-based exploration of the traditional physical postures with integration of the breath. She is passionate about finding the connections between each element of the body through yoga and helping those find the physical benefits of the practice. In her classes, her cueing will inspire you to dive deeper into the posture, mentally and physically, becoming more self-aware and surrendering to the flow.
When Lex isn’t at the studio, you can find her eating, in the water at the beach, hiking in the mountains, or dancing at live show.
Practice Hot Flow Sunday’s with Lexi at 4 PM and Thursday’s at 7:30 PM.
