Jaime’s yoga journey started a little later than most. Jaime studied dance for about 15 years and always had some form of fitness in her life. At 29 she started doing Pilates to kick start a new workout routine. In doing Pilates she was convinced by Jessica, her Pilate’s teacher at the time to give yoga another try. After getting married Jaime struggled with infertility issues. Faith and her yoga practice was the outlet she needed to push her through the tough times. After becoming pregnant, Jaime practiced prenatal yoga in hopes of having a smooth delivery. Eight months after having her baby boy Jaime did the 200 hour yoga teacher training at PLAY. Yoga has been a way to get back into shape and to share her love of fitness and fun. When Jaime is not teaching yoga she is chasing her Son and perhaps cooking and cocktailing for her friends and family.
