Lindsay found her passion for yoga through a variety of heated asana practices over the past eight years. As a forever student, she has a strong dedication to her personal practice on and off the mat. Inspired and ready to share her passion with others, she completed her RYS 200 Hr certification in 2016 at Peace Love and Yoga. Having grown up in the rural Adirondack Mountains of New York State, Lindsay is passionate about an array of outdoor activities and connecting with the serenity of nature. Beyond yoga, she has a passion for plants and feeding people good food. She has a degree in Horticulture and has worked on organic fruit and vegetable farms and nurseries for the past seven years in New York, Connecticut, Colorado, Ecuador, Peru, and Tanzania. She found a home here in North County in 2016 after following her love of sunshine, plants, great food, outdoor activities, dancing, mountains and the ocean on many adventures around the world. For Lindsay, yoga builds a balance of strength and flexibility. She is thrilled to share her passion for yoga and the benefits it can provide with her students. With a focus on body systems and intentional alignment she is dedicated to providing a safe, rewarding and fun yoga practice for the body. Woven into her practice is peaceful relaxation for the mind. She is so grateful to be apart of such a vibrant yoga community at PLAY.
