Beth started doing yoga at age 19 after a close friend became an inspiration to transform not only an outward appearance but also an inner one. Shortly after beginning her practice, a new passion formed that changed many aspects of her life. In March of 2009, Beth became a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT200 hot yoga teacher and has since found a desire to seek out more education in this area by attending seminars and festivals of all different types of yoga. A feeling of ecstatic joy as well as calming stillness should overcome the room as a subtle spin is put on a traditional Hatha yoga practice to suit any person, new to the practice or accustomed. She has also volunteered time with the Sean O’Shea Foundation as well as with other organizations to benefit a better community and world.
In May 2011, Beth became certified as a Clinical Nutritionist Consultant. Throughout all endeavors, she has special pride in the fact that Yoga played a valuable role in the path her life has taken and strives to share this love with anyone willing to try.
Practice PLAY 1 with Beth on Monday’s at 5 PM and Hot Flow on Saturdays at 10 AM.
