Sarah is originally from Cherryville, NC (a small town in between Charlotte and Asheville) and lived in NC until 2014 when she moved to Minneapolis, MN with her now husband, Rudy. Throughout middle and high school, Sarah was always active and involved in sports. She attended Gardner-Webb University as a D1 Track and Field athlete where she majored in Psychology. During her time in college, Sarah was inspired by her coaches and fell in love with the idea of coaching and leading other people. Shortly after graduating, Sarah became a personal trainer and worked as one throughout graduate school. In May 2017 she graduated from St. Cloud State University in MN with her degree in School Counseling. In June of 2017, Sarah was married and then in July 2017 her husband had orders from the USMC to relocate to Oceanside, CA. Shortly after arriving to CA, Sarah signed up to join the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at PLAYwhere she now teaches Hot Flow. When Sarah is not teaching yoga or personal training, she is spending time with her husband and energetic boxer, Xena.
