Yoga for MS led by Julia Chen
Thursdays 1:30-2:30pm starting March 6th, 2014
Relax in this gentle yoga class and focus on improving flexibility and reducing stress. Most poses are on the floor supported by yoga props and held for longer periods of time (2-5min). All levels and no experience needed.
Although the class is designed for persons with MS, friends and family are welcome to attend as a guest.
Cost is $5 for participants with the MS Society Physical Wellness Participation Card (Blue Card) and $10 for guests. Cash only. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat (limited mat rentals available for $2).
