Kim first found her love of yoga in her teen years as a way to relieve stress and obtain mental clarity. Over the last 13 years she repetitively found herself practicing this beautiful mind, body and spirit exercise and in 2016 she completed her 200 hour certification at I Heart Yoga in Dana Point. In 2018, Kim then began working towards her 300 hour certification at Peace, Love and Yoga. The former gymnast and dancer loves a challenging asana practice, but also embraces the soul healing that yoga provides. Through yoga, she discovered a newfound passion to pursue what truly makes her happy and strives to live in the philosophy that you only live once, so do what makes you happy. Kim also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Marymount Manhattan College in NYC. Her longstanding passion for communication and connection allows her to relate genuinely with her students, on and off the mat. Kim’s teaching style aims to leave students feeling recharged and inspired each time they practice.
