Studio 1 is heated. Studio 2 is non-heated, and holds the kids classes and childcare.

Your first class, what to bring, and the studio policies, in one place.
What should I expect at my first class?
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to fill out your intake form and settle in. Tell the instructor about any injuries or medical conditions. Dress comfortably; shoes and socks come off. Cubbies and showers are available. For heated classes bring a towel (rental $4) and water; take child's pose whenever you need to.
Which class should I start with?
Hot Flow: our signature heated sequence, open to beginners and on the schedule most days. Bring a towel (or rent one for $4) and plenty of water, and take child's pose whenever you need to.
What if I am late?
For the benefit of teachers and students alike, we do not allow entry into class once it has started.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before a scheduled class incur a $10 late-cancel fee; no-shows incur a $15 fee. Cancel in your WellnessLiving account or by calling the studio.
When do my classes expire?
Regular passes expire one year after purchase. The 5-class pass, the aerial drop-in and the aerial 5-class pass expire after 6 months, as shown on the pricing page. No extensions on expired classes.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds, full or partial, for class passes or memberships. Unused, unworn merchandise may be returned within 7 days with tags attached.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Auto-debit members may suspend with 30 days' notice: the first suspension (up to one month) is complimentary, the second is $15, the third $25, and memberships cannot be suspended more than three times. Pause and cancel requests by email only.
What are the age limits?
Senior discount: 55 or older. Ages 16 and up may attend a hot class with a parent present; 17 and older with parent consent (a parent signs the intake form in person). Ages 12 and up may attend non-heated adult classes with a parent present.
Do I need anything special for aerial?
With the exception of unlimited monthly memberships, an aerial drop-in or aerial class pass is required to attend aerial classes. A separate aerial waiver is signed at the front desk on your first visit; no jewelry, and mind scents and oils, which can stain the silks.
Is there a discount for students, military or seniors?
10% discount on certain passes and memberships for military (active, dependent, retired), students with ID, and seniors 55 and over; the discounted options are listed in their own group.
