I have been going to Peace, Love & Yoga for 2.5 years now and I could not recommend a better studio in North San Diego County. If you are into hot yoga I highly suggest you check PLAY out. The facility is clean and the staff is amazing.
This is a great place if you like hot yoga and variety. Instructors are qualified and very nice. Great energy and challenging practice. I have been coming here on and off for over 7 years and I still enjoy it!
Not only have the people here taught me everything I know about yoga, but they've also become my family. Every time I walk in I feel like I'm home. There's no rushing through, they take their time and encourage you to be gentle with yourself.
Really love this place. Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Clean, accommodating and peaceful environment. I really get so much out of every single class.
Come and see for yourself.
Come as you are.
